Please note that our fulfillment warehouses are automated through our network partners (AutoDS). Do not mail returns to the address listed on our website or your package invoice.
To initiate a return, please email us at [Your Support Email]. We will provide you with an authorized, prepaid return shipping label and the exact warehouse destination. Parcels sent to our administrative address without a return authorization number cannot be processed or refunded.
